Privacy Policy Add-On for Apps Using Firebase

Data Collection & Storage

Some of our applications (including Brain Gym, Magic Mirror, and other future apps) use Google Firebase services to store user-generated data such as email, age (if provided), and app usage information (e.g., assessment responses, mood tracking entries, or progress data). This information is securely stored in cloud servers operated by Google.

Purpose of Use

Maintain user accounts across devices (so data is not lost if the app is uninstalled or reinstalled).
Provide personalized features such as saved history, mood tracking, and tailored exercises.
Enable password reset, account recovery, and subscription functionality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited technical access may be granted to authorized developers working under contract with us solely for app maintenance, deployment, or feature improvements.

User Control

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us at dr.furr@doctorfurr.com

Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate with Google Firebase, provided by Google LLC. For details on how Google handles user data, please review Google’s Privacy Policy.
